Acoura’s History 

Acoura was formed to provide customer-centric risk management services for companies operating across the food and drink supply chain.

Following its establishment in 2011, Acoura went on to acquire three of the UK’s most successful food sector compliance businesses.

These businesses were Perry Scott Nash Ltd (PSN), Scottish Food Quality Certification (SFQC) and Food Certification International (FCI).

In an effort to better serve our customers and ensure that they can benefit fully from our wider expertise and specialisms the decision was made in 2014 to combine these divisions under a single Acoura banner.

Brought together in early 2015, Acoura retains all of the staff, services and expertise of FCI, PSN and SFQC whilst now being able to provide customers with one dedicated contact for all their risk management and regulatory compliance needs.
